History will be made this weekend as Cornwall and Whitehaven meet for the first time ever. There are no previous meetings between the two sides – will Cornwall make it two wins on the spin, or will Haven go three from three?
Both recorded emphatic wins in Round 3 - with the Choughs beating Newcastle in a high-scoring affair, whilst Haven held on to clinch a breath-taking victory over Rochdale Hornets.
Likewise, there’s another first when Swinton take on Goole, but who will bounce back from their defeat in Round 3?
Dewsbury Rams will be hunting down a third successive win when they welcome a winless Keighley side to the FLAIR Stadium.
The Cougars forged a terrific second half comeback against Midlands last weekend but couldn’t quite muster the win.
It’s a huge clash with both teams determined to pick up the two points on offer. The Cougars haven’t won away at Dewsbury since 2010, but could this finally be set to change on Sunday?
Can Midlands maintain their place at the top of the League One table? They will take on Newcastle Thunder in Round 4 and will be keen to continue their positive start to the new campaign.
Then, there’s an enticing encounter between Workington and North Wales Crusaders at the Fibrus Community Stadium to conclude the round.
It was a close contest in Cumbria last time out, with the Crusaders pipping a 24-28 victory. In the reverse fixture, there was another nail-biter when North Wales also triumphed 34-32.
Will it be third time lucky for Town, or will North Wales come out on top once again?
